No account creation is needed.

  1. Add the product you want to the Cart
  2. Confirm your orders in the Cart
  3. Enter your particulars
  4. Select your preferred payment mode (Paypal, Credit/Debit Card, iBanking/Fund Transfer, PayLah! or PayNow)
  5. Apply Coupon (if any)
  6. Confirm your order
Upon confirmation, you will receive an e-invoice to your email. The invoice will serve as the start of your warranty. We will process your order within 24 hrs. If there's any changes, do let us know ASAP. Orders will be deliver within 3-4 working days (Singapore), 1-2 working days (Singapore) and 6-14 working days (International)

Yes, you can! We accept CASH for Self-Collection ONLY.

Alternatively, we accept iBanking/Fund Transfer to Local Bank (Singapore) to DBS or OCBC.

When you order, select Bank Transfer option and you will get the banking details. If you want to make an offline order, WhatsApp us directly.

Unfortunately, we don't do Cash On Delivery (COD), however we do Cash On Collection (COC)

The reason why we stopped doing COD is because, we have customers who cancelled  their orders at the last minute after we arranged courier or went missing or not contactable after confirming their orders and delivery

Once payment has been confirmed, your order will be procesed within 24 hrs. Once your order has been processed, your order will shipping within 3-4 working days subject to a handling period. Please allow additional time if your order has been placed on the weekend as orders are processed from Monday to Friday

Please note we are currently experiencing a higher order than normal order demand. Please allow for up to 4 days from date of purchase for delivery of your order. On our page, we have an Estimated Delivery Date shown. 

If you are purchasing from outside of Singapore, please allow for up to 2 weeks for delivery

Yes, you can within 24 hrs after ordering. We usually take 1 day for processing in case our customers decided to cancel their orders at the very last minute. After the order has been process, there will be NO CANCELLATIONS or REFUNDS.

Unfortunately, once the product is sold, there is NO refund. However, if the product is faulty due to manufacturer issue, we can do an exchange.

Our warranty covers up to 6 months depending on the products you purchase. They are valid from the day you purchase.

If your item is under warranty, you can request to do a 1 to 1 exchange. However, exchange will only be done IF the product is due to MANUFACTURER problem. If you drop, break or spoil the item, the warranty will be automatically be VOIDED

At - Muslim Lifestyle Marketplace, every item has been manually checked and tested before shipping/delivery. We want to ensure smooth transaction and our customers received quality products.

Unfortunately NO, you cannot exchange them if your warranty is over.

  1. When you make a purchase, you get EXTRA 5% discount for your NEXT order in your email
  2. We have ONLINE sales now and then, do check our Facebook for our promotion
  3. We have a coupon hidden somewhere on Facebook, if you managed to find the coupon, you can use them anytime

During our promotion, we will indicate that FREE Gifts are subjected to availability. All free gifts are whilst stock last. 

And also, do check when is the promotion ends.

E.g You saw the advertisement 3 months ago, and you only ordered now. Based on the post you saw 3 months ago, there's Free Gift given. This is not false advertising. All our post will show when the promotion ended. You are NOT entitled a Free Gift if you only order now after the promotion ended 3 months ago.

Please do not demand for free gift. Usually free gift is given when we have promotions for a limited period of time. When you add the items to the cart and if you qualify for a Free Gift, the free gift item will automatically be added to your Cart.
