SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION

Normal Mail

We do provide Free Normal mail for item price below $65. Do take note that, if you opt for Normal mail, we will NOT be responsible for ANY loss of mail as there will be no tracking number or insurance. On our end, we will keep a photo of the item stamp and posted incase, you claim that you have not receive the item. Normal mail usually takes up to 5 working days. If there's any delay, Singpost can delay up to 2 weeks.

FREE SHIPPING 
Free Shipping is only available for Singapore.

Free shipping will take 3-5 working days. If you order an item on Friday after 5pm, your item will be posted out the next day on Saturday. However do take note that Saturday and Sunday are NOT working day, therefore your order will only be processed for delivery on Monday after 5pm.

All order need to be paid before 5pm. If you order on Monday before 5pm, you will receive your item earliest of Wednesday or latest Thursday.

EXPRESS DELIVERY (Singapore only)

Express Delivery flat rate of $12. It will take 1-2 working days, not inclusive Saturday and Sunday. Additional charge for Tuas, Sentosa and CBD Area.
Cut-off time for Next Day Delivery is 5pm. If you order between 6-1159pm on Monday and opt for next day, the courier will only able to collect Tuesday. Since the collection is on Tuesday, the next day delivery will be on Wednesday. If you order and made payment before 5pm, you will receive on Tuesday. There will be no delivery if it falls on public holiday even if you opted for express.

SELF-COLLECTION (Singapore only)
Self-collection will be based on appointment and our convenience. Payment mode preferred will be cash. However, we encourage you to make and order first and opt for self-collection before scheduling a self-collection appointment to receive your item. 

*CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
Cash on Delivery available for purchase of $65 and above. COD deliveries will be done WEEKDAYS, before 5 pm.

For Cash On Delivery, we deserve the rights to refuse COD orders, if you are non contactable or customers who don't comply to our shipping/delivery policy. Our main payment is still via Credit Card, Paypal, iBanking, Paylah and PayNow. Those who are always not at home or back late every night, please DO NOT opt for Cash On Delivery.

REFUNDS
Unfortunately, we don't provide refunds once sold. If there's any problem with the product, you can request for an exchange or a new set as long it's within the warranty period.
