How much is delivery?
Free delivery on orders over S$65 within Singapore. Below S$65, delivery is S$4.00 for small parcels and S$10.00 by courier for parcels over 1 kg. We only deliver within Singapore.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive within 2–3 business days. Each product page shows an estimated delivery date based on when you order.
How do I pay with PayNow?
Choose PayNow at checkout. Open our PayNow page, enter your order number and total, and scan the QR with any Singapore banking app. Keep the reference as shown (for example ESQ-1042), then send your payment screenshot on WhatsApp so we can confirm your order.
Are these the same products as your Shopee store?
Yes. esouq and our Shopee and TikTok Shop store, Zuhrahazura, are the same business. The products are the same, packed by us in Singapore.
Can I return an item?
Yes, within seven days if the item is unused and in its original packaging. See our refund policy for the details.
Where do your reviews come from?
From buyers on our Shopee store. We show reviews rated 4★ and 5★ that include customer photos. The star rating on each product counts every Shopee rating, not only the ones we show.
